CQC inspector was at Cavendish Imaging London yesterday and we are so pleased to report that the registration of Cavendish Imaging Ltd as a stand-alone provider of diagnostic medical imaging services was a success.

If you refer patients, you should download our registration details from the CQC website and keep this towards evidence of your CQC Outcome 6 documentation. You should also have a copy of our Service Level Agreement.
