Cavendish Imaging models is once more at the Science Museum for the nine-month exhibition "3D: printing the future" opening today.

The models that we have donated to the mass display at the entrance of the Antenna Gallery show the various materials we work with (nylon, plaster, resin, wax) and cover various medical and surgical disciplines. We hope that visitors realise that patients can be treated in a safer or faster or more informed way (or a combination of these!) using the models to plan surgery. These models are, of course, patient-specific.

Please help us making patient-specific anatomical models and associated devices part of the standard of care.
